I'm making this thread up as I go, but since about 90% of the population think the only Democratic problem is the speed of #Brexit, and #conspiracy about #RemainerNow delays, maybe someone should list all the attacks - most of which are far more serious. I'll justify that #uksc

Here's my view, feel free to add. I'll put this in normal language first, and add relevant legals after.

1) UK Executive and Tories (UKET) attempt Rule by Edict
2) UKET attempt a Parliamentary Coup (we may now legitimately describe it that way)
3) UKET illegally suspend Parl'

4) UKET create a criminal conspiracy to represent a parliamentary Coup as a "Normal" closure. Yes @Jacob_Rees_Mogg , Yes @DominicRaab, that's you.
5) The Prime minister's office is used to conduct an executive campaign against the #uksc including accusing them of bias

6) Multiple UKET breaches of Consent of the Governed misrepresenting #nodeal as #Brexit
7) Multiple UKET breaches of Consent of the Governed misrepresenting #redline as #Brexit
8) Coordinated UKET campaign to misrepresent UKGE17 as providing consent for #redline Brexit (80%)

So I'm alleging 8 significant crimes against #Democracy. Many remainers would like to add A50, pre-legislative ref, illegal spending etc. but I'm afraid I cannot agree.

Since we have again now established #Parliament is #Sovereign, the Parliament can decide to change its mind

That essentially takes the @acgrayling pre #article50 case off the table, but since I'm grateful for him, therefore, enabling the 8 arguments I'll make, I hope he forgives that (if you'd like to read more start here blogs.lse.ac.uk/brexit/2017/09…)

@acgrayling I'm also not including deeply questionable political tactics because we have no laws against them. Maybe #Brexit will enable us to create some:
attempts at mob rule to hide misappropriation of consent
deliberate crypto division stirring to undermine the judiciary and rule of

Using the floor of the Commons to assert that Sovereignty resides with

Parliament

Whichever is the most convenient to settle an argument on any given day.
And then walking out of Parliament to assert in honeyed tones an "Elite" assault on Democracy

The perfidious intent to tell big lies over and over again until they become true to many people, who urgently and desperately then think their democracy is under attack #hate

That ultimately is the crime that must sicken us all the most. #democracy?
