1) The reason why we rarely hear about international governmental blackmail being exposed is purely because it's so prevalent. What we call nuclear-enabled countries are the international equivalent of a "made" man in the mafia.
2) These countries claim technology like a secret society claims gnosis. That's why an Italian astronaut almost drowns on an ISS spacewalk and two Russians reported plankton on the outside of the space station windows. These are psychopaths threatening to call each other's bluff.
3) Accepting this means all governments, and by extension, all recorded history is best understood as decades upon centuries of lies on top of even older lies. This is elite psychopathic vampire wrestling. Our engagement is all it needs to survive.
