This is a great tweet. While there are some who, in the Katie Hill case, were motivated by legitimate issues of workplace rights, there is a far bigger strain of sexual puritanism & moralism there & many other cases. Private adult sexual behavior should be off limits, period:
And yes, in the internet age, where everyone has a cellphone, the stigma should be on those who vindictively leak and/or publish info about private sexual conduct, which is not in the public interest to know. The shame should lie there, not with adults who have *consensual* sex.
I'm always curious how many of the people who like to morally judge & condemn others in these sex scandals are doing so because a) they've engaged in similar behavior or b) wish they could. Whatever it is, the impulse to judge adults' consensual private sex behavior is unhealthy.
