3- I have always emphasized the essence of starting your journey from campus. It's cheaper, easier and puts you ahead. Know what you want and get to it now.

4- Every career has a set of skills that you must possess before you can be called a player in that field. It's referred to as the skill set.

5- Skills can come as natural talent for you, but it still has to be developed before it can become marketable. Sharpening your skills is best done when you put it to use.

6- Firstly, identify the set of skills you need for your career of choice. Identify your strong and weak points. Be sincere; it's not an exam. Then you need to seek for opportunities to improve your strong points and sharpen your weak points.

7- Putting your skills to work is what is referred to as experience in your CV. Experience comes on the job, so you can only get experience when you are on a job, but volunteering gives you a brilliant opportunity!

8- Volunteering is simply offering your skills without any expectation of a renumeration. You do the work without getting paid.

9- This is not very common here because we believe that every service you offer must be remunerated. What we don't put to cognizance, however is that reward is not only in the form of money!

10- When you volunteer, you gain experience freely. This is only available when you have a paid job, but ironically, you need the experience to get the paid job, so volunteering gives you the needful.
