One delegate, a Tory voter, said of Johnson
“He totally misjudged his audience. People look to him to be serious...but he lost the room with his kooky jokes, people around the room were saying: "Where the fuck is he going with this?"

Comparatively Corbyn was better
But Corbyn’s nationalisation speech, esp that of nationalisation broadband met a frosty reception.
Self interest was the overriding impression from both Tories and Labour.
Another report that @joswinson was relatively well received.

But, overall, more uncertainty 2019/2020 after 2017/18 very unwelcome.
