This deceptively named “Farm Workforce Modernization Act of 2019” sounds like it will create the farms of the future. Instead, it combines the failed amnesty policies of the past with forgiveness of social security fraud and drunk driving: an America Last recipe for disaster.

Why is this a #puzzle for you?
