What we’ve seen with Spygate is not intelligence gathering but a series of disinformation operations. 1) Halper sold US Intel Community disinformation about Russia plans to interfere in US election through @GenFlynn, claiming Flynn was a Russian asset. Everyone knows he is not./1
Either the Intel Community willingly bought Halper’s lies, in which case they are incompetent, or they’ve set it up which would make a conspiracy. Either way, it’s not good for them. /2
2) Intel Community sold repackaged Halper lies that there was a massive, multi-faceted Russian state intelligence operation targeting and colluding with Trump Campaign. There was no evidence. But the IC poisoned people’s mind thorough the Press. /3
The Mass Media are either utterly incompetent not to see through Intelligence Community lies or they are willing conspirators. Neither is a good outcome. /4
Democratic politicians completely bought in Intel Community and Media lies. “Trump is a foreign asset” is the only slogan of the Democratic Party for the last 3 years. Trump is not a foreign asset. Democrats are either incompetent or co-conspirators. Won’t help them in 2020. /5
