Got my Elgato CameraLink 4K today. 
In an effort to assist others wanting to do fun stuff with the hardware, I wonder if I should pull some chips off and start tracing out PCB connections... 🤔
I take 1 photo and my camera battery dies -_- (charging now)
I butchered the DDR3. But then took the nozzle off my rework station and had WAY better results on the other BGAs.
