@washingtonpost As a matter of fact, here it is. This is what I'm talking about. Now, considering the "opinions" of the CIA — I mean, The Washington Post — were just entered into the record in the impeachment hearing.

Just consider that for a moment.
@washingtonpost One of them blocked me for asking him to explain himself after WikiLeaks dumped his emails with the DNC.

"The Plum Line" should be renamed "The DNC Line" since they write everything for them anyway.

Of a count of more than 15M, painting the rosiest modeling picture for Democrats possible in Texas, Indies are still only 35% of the electorate.

Suspect the poll packs Democrats in Indies. It happened often in 2018.

When modeled at 50% voting likelihood, TX is still GOP+13.
This is that modeling scenario for Texas re: above. While it looks ugly for Ds, it's actually not as bad if we allocated nearly all remaining Indies to their share.

Looks a lot like Cruz vs. Beto, which an honest take would conclude a fluke until more data suggests otherwise.
The point I'm trying to make here is how easy it would be — one might even say, convenient — to mistake Democrats as Indies in Texas.

That's one of many reasons why it's crucial for pollsters to source via voter files in the modern era.

I have a great deal of respect for the anti-police state work done by @SenFeinstein.

I'm on the edge of my seat wondering if she's about to throw it all away for party and power.
@SenFeinstein Feinstein is obfuscating the predicate for the counter-intel investigation for the evidence used as justification at the FISA Court, FISC.

So, she answered my question. In the end, even the great DiFi is willing to throw away for party and power.
Simple question to ask yourselves.

If the predicate was strong enough to open an investigation and forgo a defensive briefing, then why did they need to lie to the FISC to obtain the FISA warrants?

That's kind of the point FISA and police state opponents have been trying to make to national security Republicans, FOR DECADES...

The DNC let a Trojan horse (or for those of you not into legends) malware into our party willingly. This person touted himself as a gift to our "broken party" but in reality his whole purpose is to destroy us. /1
