1/ Is there anything more reprehensible than a leading women politician like Jo Swinson prioritising unreasonable trans demands over the rights of ...women? Here’s a close second: a documentary about ‘Gay Pride’ that advocates the erasure of lesbians and gays.
2/. Ashley Joiner’s recent doc ‘Are You Proud’ is a beautifully told history of the rise of Pride marches from the struggles for decriminalisation onwards. But just as Swinson’s brain has been hacked by trans madness so has this otherwise fine doc.
3/ During a section about Trans Pride Brighton comes an interview that sums up the attitude of the trans movement towards lesbians, gays and bisexuals and indeed anyone who believes they have a sexual orientation (yep that’s you straight folks too).
4/ It also sums up the existential danger that extreme trans ideas and activism pose to LGB people not least because it so unashamedly advocates the sexual equivalent of ‘ethnic cleansing’. At 33 minutes in Transgender activist Joy Everingham declares,
