Her brother is currently on trial in Angola for stealing $500M from the Angolan sovereign wealth fund.
Their father, President Dos Santos stepped down in 2017 & his replacement has tried to hold them accountable for corruption. Time will tell if he just wants the cash back to his family can steal it again...
The new President fired Isabella Dos Santos & then replaced Swampy oil middlemen Trafigura with Swampy oil middlemen Glencore...

Investors as yet unindicted, or at least still sealed. This is getting the #receipts!
@JarradKushner They set up & used shell companies to conceal who their real investors were behind the schemes to make it harder to identify their customers.

If you follow me you will be aware of the saga of corrupt former CEO of Nissan Carlos Ghosn & Swamp players around the world trying to get Japan to let him out on bail. They succeeded & now he has fled the country Bond villain style!

His friends spent a long time trying to get him out on bail instead of in prison. Once safely in his mansion Ghosn or his friends hired a paramilitary group of contractors to pose as musicians giving him a show at his home & then smuggled him out of Japan in an instrument case!
He is now reportedly hiding in Lebanon, wonder if he has protection from Hezbollah backed money launderers & others in the country to keep him out of the hands of the authorities?

The Dems impeached President Trump for asserting executive privilege against requests by Congress for records & advice provided on foreign policy & budgeting issues.

Lets look at 14 examples President Clinton was not impeached for!
First refusing to hand over WH Counsel notes to the Whitewater Investigation.
Delayed the case but was withdrawn before a final court order forcing compliance.

People don't seem to understand how crippling and absolutely murderous the Venezuela sanctions are. Here is a little thread about what they are, and how they work. And here is a link to the primary source: state.gov/e/eb/tfs/spi/v…
As an initial matter, there was a United Nations report on the Venezuela sanctions, which bluntly stated that the "economic sanctions kill" Venezuelans. The full report itself is very readable. web.archive.org/web/2019013020…
So let's look at some of the sanctions that were imposed in August 2017. Section 1 over here makes it illegal for the government of Venezuela to raise any kind of money, through the sale of bonds or securities. It also makes it illegal for Venezuelan companies to remit profits.
