3) The proper term for them is MERCENARY. Mercenaries have always existed. However, in mature market economy, they are immense multi-national organization whose capital is many times the GNP of several countries. Yes, they rule the world.
4) It is time to make them illegal. What could happen if we did that? Nothing really: they would just merge with one side of their business, which are the Transnational Criminal Organizations.
5) At least, however, a president could be legally ousted if working in their interest instead of the interest of the people, 1/3 of which are total idiots, who they represent.
