1. #ukraineplanecrash if Iran won’t release the black boxes it is evidence they shot down. The airline wants to blame Boeing and get paid. Iran doesn’t want a Vincenes of its own and will lie. The plane was in flames. I’m pretty sure the @DeptofDefense would be able to confirm
2. if our #SBIRs saw a missile launch. The sats were already tasked to watch Iran. Putting trust in what Iran is reporting is misguided. By now the NSA has the Iranian comms processed and will likely have proof of the shoot down. If so Trump will likely hold on to that chip.
3. For personal reasons I have kept up with airliner crashes for over 40 years. I don’t recall a failure that caused a plane to fall burning like that shortly after take off besides PanAm103. Early reports of a shoot down and the circumstances say to me it was shot down.
4. Personal reasons? My older sibling ran American Airlines' legal department. We discussed the cases. Plus my dear friend was a @StateDeptDSS officer commanding in Lebanon. He was on Pan Am 103 with CIA/DIA team coming home without orders to expose Ollie North's heroin deals.
