3)First, Some Background

On Sept 30, Schiff sent a letter to the Attorney of Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman, requesting documents relating to their connections to Rudy Giuliani.

Both men are represented by John Dowd.

Schiff requested that the men appear for a deposition on Oct 10
