Trump doesn't know Parnas, but based on all the photographs flying around (thanks @SethAbramson), they've been photographed together at least TWELVE different times at at least EIGHT events.

@SethAbramson Here's one in front of an America-F1rst background, and Trump in a blue tie with pink strips. Unknown third person (Parnas' son?). Noe Trump Jr. in background. This is photo TWO, and also the second separate event.

And still the same event, Parnas walks away from Trump, reaches out to pat him. Trump has some sort of note in his hand??? Photo THREE, but still only the second event.
For photo FOUR we have another new (third) event. Trump in a very pink candy-cane tie.
In photo FIVE, I _think_ this is the same event as photo FOUR. Apparently the same outfits. This in front of a Florida flag, so I guess it was a Florida event.
And here's a new event, the fourth, in photo SIX. A popular one with the whole gang. Pence, Fruman, Parnas, Trump, and Giuliani. This is often cropped in different ways to focus on only some of them. Giuliani, Parnas, and Fruman appear to be wearing yarmulkes.
Photo SEVEN, event five, Parnas, Trump, and an unknown third. Quite the red shirt he's got there.
Photo EIGHT at what has been described a private or invite-only event, where Parnas says he had a nice conversation (assuming with Trump). Event six.
Photo NINE, event seven, in front of some sort of ornate door.
Photo TEN, event eight. Back in front of a Florida flag again, but different outfits and flag positions than photo FIVE, so it's another different event — the eighth so far.
Photo ELEVEN. Not a great photo and I can't really tell for sure if the ties are very different. It could be the same event as photo NINE or as photo EIGHT, but it could also be a different event from either of those.
And I hate to say it but I miscounted photos (because of a duplicate) so at this point I've only collected ELEVEN different photos from at least EIGHT different events. As a bonus, here's some nametags from some event or another.

@SethAbramson Another bonus photo and a correction. The photo of Emin with Trump from 2014 at Doral golf tournament was a different hat than the hat in photo ONE.

So those photos with America F1rst in the background (TWO, THREE, and Fruman) were taken at an exclusive SuperPAC meeting at Trump's DC hotel. About 150 attendees. You were either there because you paid a minimum of $100,000, or because you could attract people like that.
So in which category were Fruman, Parnas, and Parnas' son?
