First signs of #Iran's dictator Ali @khamenei_ir being very ill.

The man with the briefcase is Dr. Baghi, Khamenei's personal physician. He is sitting between Khamenei's two sons, Mojtaba (R) & Mostafa (L).

Interesting to see this image published.

Another image of Baghi when Khamenei himself was hospitalized after undergoing surgery for prostate cancer.

Baghi has been Khamenei's personal physician since the 1980s. Khamenei ordered Baghi to personally oversee the treatment of Mahdavi Kani, head of the regime's Assembly of Experts, when he was ill.

It is quite telling to see Baghi at the gathering & Khamenei's office green-lighting the first image's publication.

Khamenei's health has long been an issue of discussion for the regime's future & this could be a significant message in this regard.
