Schiff making a huge error. He brings up the Sondland-Yermak convo as evidence of Trump pressuring Ukraine. He cites Morrison's hearsay about the convo. But he ignores what both Sondand & Yermark said! So he's relying on Morrison's hearsay, not what the actual participants said.
Trump's lawyers will exploit this and point out that it's a case of Schiff relying on hearsay instead of the direct participants -- who both reject his characterization of their (brief, in passing) convo. Both Sondland and Yermark deny any ultimatum or quid pro quo was made:
