2/ The morphing "OFA": Obama for America 2008, Organizing for America ('09), Obama for America 2012, and Organizing for Action, all controlling the massive "list" designed by Plouffe, which Obama "instructed him to make into a new lever of government."

3/ About that "list" -- Recall the Maxine Waters bombshell, where she described a very powerful database that "no one has ever seen before in life," "put in place" by Obama, that had "information about everything on every individual on ways that it's never been done before."

4/ Although what Waters described seemed eerily similar to the recently leaked NSA secret database, Waters and her interviewer specifically identified the keeper of the "powerful" database as OFA, Obama's campaign machine.

5/ At the time, I concluded: "With the news that Obama has overseen the NSA's secret collection of a huge database of information, while at the same time maintaining "close ties" to other organizations that operate massive databases dedicated to promoting his own policies..."

@CBS_Herridge 8/ Binney was concerned it could "become a totalitarian state pretty quickly...The capacities to do that is being set up. Now it's a question of if we get the wrong person in office, or if certain people set up their network internally in gov't, they could make that happen..."

@CBS_Herridge 9/ To sum up, Obama seems to be concerned that: the Trump campaign is smartly utilizing technology and that Trump will win reelection, and that the Trump administration will get to the bottom of the Obama administration's misuse and abuse of technology and govt institutions.
