I had proof Trump was lying about me, lying about the super PAC -- but he and CNN's Jeff Zucker were bff's just like with Ailes, and Trump needed me silenced and banned from the airwaves. 2/3
My lawyer sent cease & desist re: defamation. McGahn wanted me to sign NDA to shut me up about the superPAC in exchange for Trump deleting his defamatory tweets about me. I was being blackmailed. I also knew the damage was done and FOX & CNN were complicit. I didn't sign it. 3/3

Trump had my email hacked and used his longtime firm Holland & Knight to try to verify info from my hacked email he erroneously thought would help him in my defamation lawsuit against him. FBI was already investigating the hacking, and were called immediately. It got serious 1/10
H&K had in its employ a woman who does crisis management for rich/famous people being sued for defamation and libel -- she'd once handled cc for Dan Rather when at another firm, when he was sued by GWB. She was someone I'd not seen for 30. Contacted me out of the blue 2/10
When I asked her point blank if her firm was doing transition work for Trump (as I'd read when I googled it, since it was odd hearing from her and her very strong desire/insistence we get together and catch up) -- she lied. 3/10

I'm repeating this because it's important: Trump tried to get the defamation lawsuit filed against him from the woman he raped @ejeancarroll dismissed claiming NY did not have jurisdiction because he was in DC. 1/4
When her lawyer said she'll prove he was a NY resident at the time of his comments and that HIS TAX RETURNS WOULD BE A PART OF DISCOVERY, Trump lawyer not only didn't incl it in dismissal documents re: NY not having jurisdiction, but he wouldn't even return press phone calls 2/4
@realdonaldtrump would rather be sued for defamation by the woman he raped, than risk having his taxes made public.
