Isn't it a violation of civil rights to take away a division design for females if they have no other space to compete?

If females can't compete in the male division then this is sex discrimination

The solution then is to allow females to run against males in every division

This tweet by Anthony is incorrect. The story says that "a state Democrat" claims that is what happened

Considering Bloomberg is owned by a candidate its improper to report in the first place let alone reframe it the way Anthony did
How you can confirm this, I'm not sure. It would be very difficult but would likely require getting phone records and tracing back who made the calls

Considering there is political gain in making a claim that blames Trump's supporters this story is inappropriate

I'm not convinced that Yang could beat Trump or that many of his policy plans will be effective

I do however think that Yang has proven himself the best of the current Democratic field and he is the right man to debate Trump and run against him.

Yang has already proven he is more interested in talking policy and issues instead of "Orange Man Bad"

That in my book is the best proof

But Yang has much more comprehensive policy plans than any other Democrat
Yang has elevated himself above much of the partisan bullshit, not perfectly but at least better than all the other Democrats

I think Yang debating Trump would be a great service to America because we would see contrasting proposals that are serious and not just "Orange Man Bad"

You also have policies prohibiting discrimination "of any kind" on your premises.
In 2019, the BC Human Rights Tribunal ruled in "Oger v Whatcott BCHRT 2019 (7)" that displaying material advertising an intention to discriminate on explicitly-prohibited grounds or urging others to do so was prohibited discrimination.

Burden of Proof: a practical primer. I'm getting hecka tired of Trumpsters looking to #exonerate #Trump because the #MuellerReport didn't indict him of #collusion, #conspiracy, or #campaignfinanceviolations. This isn't a binary choice, there are levels, and Trump IS NOT at 0.
Some Evidence: The lowest level, a single piece of evidence that collusion or conspiracy occurred, though it can be explained away by other means but points the way...an undisclosed meeting with Russian officials for example.
Reasonable Indications: Considering how the motivations and circumstances line up with the presented evidence though each could be explained away by other facts. Trump's long standing interest in a #TrumpTower in #Moscow and whispers of the existence of #Russian #Compromat.
