Completely disagree.
1) Trump has terrible instincts, but has been a relatively weak executive. He’s overwhelmingly deferred to others.
2) 0 evidence any Dem would try to limit Bernie’s power. They’ve willingly followed him to the far left.

If we’ve seen anything in recent years, it’s that Congress has a tendency to try to give up their power and responsibility. And they are especially a weak check on executives form the same party.
Honestly, the argument that Sanders would be ineffective and limited by Congress is 1) a bad argument for backing Sanders in the primary & 2) Only really makes sense from someone also pushing for Republican control of Congress (which almost none of these people are doing).
