Mr @SadhguruJV, no one challenged that mother's milk can possibly be altered as/ the baby's gender, plus factors like duration of lactation, mother's diet+body, mother's genetics, etc. The contesting claim was only specific to twin babies & each breast producing different milk.
The other factors like mother's diet and frequency of lactation probably have a larger impact on the milk composition than the gender itself. It is impossible to determine impact of gender behind composition due to many confounding factors which can never be verified on its own..
The article by facthunt.in actually uses only one scientific study. Rest are blogs which also mention the other confounding factors such as mother's age, baby's age, duration of feed, time of feed, mother's diet and her environment....
In fact, that one (only) Sudanese study quoted itself has a prominent conclusion: "The result of our study is limited by small sample size & laboratory techniques but more importantly due to the lack of control of the age of the infant during the time of sampling &...

No where, the quoted study suggests a physiological mechanism for breast milk which is only dependent or, largely dependent on baby's gender. And no research suggests differences in milk from each breast in case of twins. The conclusive & assertive headline by FactHunt misleads..
Did I say Mr Vasudev @SadhguruJV also misled people & posted a "fact-checker's" favourable headline to validate his foot in the mouth situation. Even in that fact-check, the claim of twins&breast-milk is false. But JV knows his followers & their disinterest in scientific nuances/
