Sterk, Sterk, and Vanbaale created a bunch of fake tech support companies and they were used to scam people through internet pop-up ads and search results where it appears they made is seem like they were from Microsoft, Apple, Verizon, and Amazon.
Victims would call them after seeing the pop-ups and ads thinking their computers were infected with viruses; then of course, the suspects would remote into their computers, run fake tests, & sell them alleged "fixes" for a bunch of money.
I figured the women were probably related being they have the same last names.

Ahh, so the Sterks women set up the fake companies & registered them in Iowa using their home addresses & PO boxes.
They took 5% to 10% commission on each sale then wired the rest to Khemani and Bhasin.
