First section has six points of rebuttal — including ones against the equal work concept, and also FIFA prize money determining #equalpay. #USWNT

It's a lot of the same arguments we've already seen before — especially in the February filings asking for summary judgments, just tweaked as a response, which makes sense.

Pushing back here against the concept that the #USWNT and #USMNT are "operationally distinct."

"Arguing that the #USWNT did not win its two World Cups “against the most elite male soccer players in the world” (USSF MSJ at 11) is not a defense under the EPA; it is a tone deaf admission of blatant gender-based discrimination."

There's an attachment in here which reveals full payments for February camps and games (and Oly qualifying bonuses, $25K per player on the roster), but also shows #USWNT contract status. Kind of wild it's not under seal.

McDonald, who was on the 2019 World Cup roster, is not under contract with the #USWNT — so doesn't have the security or benefits. There's been an uptick in news about the mothers in women's soccer... think this would qualify for that.
