Did anyone honestly think this sociopath would stop at treason to win in November?
Reporting by @ddiamond: "more testing might have led to more cases being discovered of coronavirus outbreak, and the president had made clear the lower the numbers on coronavirus, the better for the president, the better for his potential reelection this fall."
Intentionally slowing the rollout of tests during a pandemic to help win reelection would be the defining scandal of almost any president. For Trump, it’s just another day. We can’t vote this guy out soon enough.
It turns out suppressing information about a pandemic doesn’t actually make the pandemic go away.
Add this to the articles of impeachment. Trump won’t declare a state of emergency because he doesn’t want to contradict his message that this is just like the common flu. But states can’t do everything they need to without that declaration.

He won’t admit this is worse than the flu, so he’s blocking “funding and resources for states struggling to contain the rapidly spreading virus.” This would be pathetic if it wasn’t going to kill people.

Look, I wish the Democratic Party was on whole farther left. Moving it there is an important goal. But we won’t get there by pretending the modern GOP isn’t a racist, kleptocratic, theocratic, fascist dumpster fire. False equivalence is part of the problem, not a solution.

Setting aside how Europe is always the comp (🤔), why do people say that like it’s a criticism of Democrats? It’s an indictment of *America*.

You won’t turn the US into Scandinavia by wishing away the American Right.

This cynical bullshit is exhausting. If (really when) Biden is the nominee, it will be because he got more votes. But people like Cenk don’t want to call voters untrustworthy idiots. So they pretend nominees are chosen like popes.
Ffs. I guess it’s more fun to pretend there’s a conspiracy against you than admit your candidate just didn’t get enough votes. Especially if you’d rather feel self-righteous and pure than get results.
Bernie keeps losing because he hasn’t won over enough of the black base of the Democratic Party. Shifting their power to the “Democratic establishment and mainstream media” is an effed up sleight of hand.

So tired of white people saying it was rigged when their candidate doesn’t get enough votes from black people to win. It’s a white supremacist mentality. Stop blaming voter fraud or the DNC when the biggest targets of voter suppression simply outvoted you.
The most obviously racist form of this mentality is thinking black people don’t deserve to participate in democracy. Then there’s the attitude that it’s ok as long as they agree with you. But it’s also white supremacist to just ignore black voters’ power and valid motivations.
That last one might not sound racist, but it sure isn’t anti-racist. It justifies the indifference and obliviousness that come with privilege. It uses that indifference to let you tell yourself you’re the real victim here. That’s white supremacy in action.

First check to see if they bothered to add any variability whatsoever in the model they are using to supposedly report actual numbers from a complex system.

The mortality rate they want you to report is the - 0 day rate: Today's Confirmed Death total minus Today's Confirmed Case total.

This has not varied outside of 1/10th of 1% in the last 5 prints.
