Do not be surprised if an elected Democrat soon begins repeating Chinese Communist Party propaganda that the coronavirus is a U.S. military bioweapon, most likely one of the loudmouth fringey "squad" types.
Chinese Communist propaganda already has a comfortable home in the Dem party and its media, who immediately obeyed the CCP's instructions to treat the phrase "Wuhan virus" as racist. The CCP studies U.S. politics carefully. It knows how eager Dems are to call people racists.

The leading Dem presidential candidate, Joe Biden, also repeated the Chinese Communist party line in his absurd "coronavirus address." It was just about his first order of business. This is not a coincidence. Getting everyone to stop talking about Wuhan is a top CCP agenda item.
Beijing exploited an obvious convergence of political interests with the Democrat Party to accomplish Stage One. The Communists knew damn well the Dems are chomping at the bit to take over the political narrative of the virus and toss around accusations of racism.
The Chinese Communist Party also has enormous financial leverage over American media. Once Beijing's preferred framework for the virus narrative was clear, it didn't take much prodding to install that narrative as the preferred vision of U.S. media outlets.
The next part will be a *little* trickier, because the monsters in Beijing are now pushing propaganda that says the U.S. military created the coronavirus as a bio-weapon and deliberately planted it in Wuhan. This is a MAJOR effort by the CCP, not just a crazy rant here and there.
Can they get American politicians and reporters to endorse that theory, or at least treat it like a serious line of inquiry? Do NOT bet against it. Dems are utterly rabid in their hatred of the current Administration. I guarantee the fever swamps will soon be "asking questions."
From there it's only a matter of time until the mind-virus spreads to the more foolish and feral elected politicians, the dim bulbs and desperate opportunists, the ones eager to prove they hate Trump (and the U.S. military, and a wide swath of the American people) the most.
How hard do you think it will be to get the "Trump put kids in cages, don't talk to me about Obama doing it" crowd to entertain the notion that Trump secretly ordered a bio-weapon attack on Wuhan? They already think he sabotaged the CDC to keep the number of reported cases low.
This was a somewhat desperate gamble by the Chinese, but not a completely irrational or hopeless one. They won't face any real consequences for trying, or much resistance from the people who spent the past 3 years howling about "foreign interference in U.S. elections." /end
Addendum: Here we go - Dem politicians coming one step closer to embracing the full Chinese Communist Party line. Not far from this to thinking maybe Trump DID order the Army to drop a bio-bomb on Wuhan.
