Dictatorships often bungle up crisis responses, because of their opacity and corruption and because a lot of their energy goes to repression rather than improving services. That part is true...
But there's a fine line between expressing worry over that, and wishing disease and death upon countries that are ruled by authoritarians. Actually wait, the line isn't fine at all.
This is a pandemic. Viruses do not discriminate. If #COVID19 wreaks havoc on Iran or Egypt or Saudi Arabia or any other country, the entire world is less safe.
