All businesses are granted deferral of all their tax payments, i.e., corporate income tax, payroll tax, value added tax and personal income tax, while interest charged on deferred tax payments is dropped to (nearly) zero. 4/
The government strengthens various loan guarantees to increase bank lending to all types of businesses, i.e., large businesses, SMEs, agricultural firms, micro-enterprises and business start-ups. 5/
Last but not least: all budgetary limits on health-care spending to fight the Corona disease are abolished. 6/
