Step 1: Log into your @zoom_us profile and personalize it to activate the features you want

3/ The toolbar at the top or bottom of your screen will give you access to the Chat, Share Screen, Polling, Breakout Groups + Whiteboard

Click "Participants" to see who's in the meeting ImageImage
4/Under the list of participants, all in the meeting will have options to share nonverbal feedback:

If I "raise my 👋🏽", a blue hand appears next to my name

The host will be able to see responses in the Participant list, were they can also mute/unumute folks 🎙️ Image
5/ Breakout Groups: Allows you to split up your meeting participants for a time period and then rejoin as a group

To do this, click "Breakout Rooms" in the Zoom toolbar and choose your group size

Once rooms are created, the host may set a ⏲️ and join/leave each group ImageImageImage
6/ Share Screen + The Whiteboard

You may share your screen to show anything on your computer, or pull up a Whiteboard that you or your participants can "write" on

Click "Share Screen" in your Zoom toolbar and look for the Whiteboard option Image
7/ Once the Whiteboard is open, the host or meeting participants may draw or type on it

Whiteboard contents can be saved and cleared during the conference Image
8/ Want to poll the crowd?

Click "Polling" in the toolbar and add your question (s). Save it and then launch your poll.

Poll questions can be written in advance under "Meeting Information" in the host's Zoom Profile ImageImageImage
9/ Lastly, how to add a "Virtual Background"?

Make it look like you're in space (or in front of any background you want to upload) by clicking on "Video Settings" and "Choose Virtual Background" ( ✅I have a Green Screen)
