Most significant aspect of NaMo's speech is in what he DID NOT speak about: How are livelihoods to be supported (simply asking employers is not enough)? Is the state taking any income-support measures? Is it taking any resp for delivery of services? Abandoning - thats the word.
Setting up the Task Force with FinMin at helm is only going to be a means of funnelling resources to industry Czars lining up for relief, while ordinary folk are thrown to the wolves. There is not even the semblance of an action plan to fight #Covid .
