I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed in the Democrats. And my expectations are pretty low.
The fact that so many of you think that disappointment with Democrats for not fighting Republicans with everything possible means support for the Republicans is extremely weird.
The gop is literally marching us off into oblivion and I’d like to see fight from the Democrats. But people just want to hear that they’re doing an amazing job of it. Sorry. They are not.
Back in 2004 we were constantly reassured that the Democrats had it handled and that Bush wouldn’t really get us into a terrible war situation. We are now on track to make Iraq look like child’s play. God I hope it doesn’t happen. But we’re on the road.
In the last 24 hours Trump said multiple times he is pursuing a course of action that experts say would lead to hundreds maybe thousands of American deaths. It is madness. And it seems to have barely registered as a source of outrage for Democratic leaders. I find this insane.
And I have seen just the most absurd excuses. They're working on the bill. The media won't cover it. Trump's just indicting himself. Absurd. All of it.
I’ve tried really hard to bite me tongue. But... wow.
