First off, is @DissentW a bot? Yes indeed - 99.7% of its tweets were posted via a custom app called DissentWatchBot. The account is active 24/7 although higher in volume during daytime hours in the USA.
The dissentwatch(dot)com site associated with @DissentW is a news aggregator and appears to contain no original content. All links to articles redirect to other sites such as Infowars or ZeroHedge.
