This morning, I had a call with the @ClevelandClinic and they gave us new information that they have in regard to their modeling and their projections. Throughout this crisis, we've said there are 2 variables that we're trying to impact:
1. #SocialDistancing helps #SlowtheSpread and helps us buy more time for our health infrastructure.
2. Building up our medical system to make sure we're ready when the surge comes.

.@ClevelandClinic told us that within about 2 weeks it will kick in much harder, according to their modeling. They project we may not hit the peak until mid-May.
In addition, they say at the projected peak, we need to go up 3x in our hospital capacity. We have a long way to go. This is the stark reality. The good news: the hospitals have all been planning for this. But now we are closing up the planning and moving toward the action. 
We've divided the state into 8 regions and I've asked each region to have their collective draft plans on my desk by 9am tomorrow. I've asked them to have a final draft by noon on Monday. I've asked @OHNationalGuard to oversee this buildup.
