The US is definitely leading the world in gross numbers (other than China, which I'll bring up next). Death rates per capita are lower than most other countries though. We haven't even come close to seeing our peak yet.

The Chinese numbers are obviously fake.
At this point, I would probably multiply their total published numbers by at least a factor of TEN.
I wouldn't be surprised if they had a 1 million ill, and 30-50,000 dead. That would be approximately a 4% death rate, give or take.

Italy and Spain are a little apart chronologically, but otherwise following the same pattern.
The rest of Europe is following, but may be slightly more prepared, decreasing their mortality rates.

Overall, the only country that looks really successful to me so far is South Korea. The rest of the world is still in the depths of pandemic. Most of the world hasn't peaked yet.
