He is graduated from the propaganda school, may be none teach there elementary mathematics. So please use a calculator 14.98+9.02 =24

Now please refer to the 14th Finance Commission Report, of course, 42% are due to all States, see how this 42% is divided between State

So for example, Kerala gets 2.5 % of this 42%, while Karnataka gets 4.713%..So adding 42% as each State is taking is misleading

So if Union of India is so generous and gives us 42% of total Excise ₹21.48

Kerala gets not ₹9.02, but only ₹0.23 (₹21.48 x 0.42 x 0.025)

Then next question is whether the Union of India is really so generous to share 42% of this ₹21.48?

No..no way, they don't share you States

To understand this, you should know what are the components of this ₹21.48. It's not a single one, but have 3 different components

The division is like this:

Basic Cenvant Duty ₹8.48
Special Additional Excise Duty ₹7.00
Additional Excise Duty ₹6.00

Total ₹21.48

U know how much Union share out of this ₹21.48 with States?

Only 42% of ₹8.48 = ₹3.56
And retains ₹17.92

SINK IN THAT!

Now do maths again.. How much Kerala gets
₹3.56 x 0.42 x 0.025 = 4ps!

But Amit want to sell that Modi gives us a charity of ₹9.02 😛😛

Why Amit is doing it? Because he is excelled in this game of propaganda all along & no one called out him. So he treat us all as nincompoops

I don't see Congress, Left, AAP or other regional parties called out this propaganda by Amit & Co.

A correction here.. I repeated 42% of 3.56, it's not correct. It's ₹3.56x0.025 = 9ps.
