BREAKING: Kern County Judge rules AGAINST same-sex couple suing bakery owner for refusing to bake them a wedding cake. Judge says distinction is that "the cake in question is not yet baked." Ruling excerpts-->
The Kern County Judge argues this case is primarily about free speech-->
"A wedding cake is not just a cake in a Free Speech analysis," writes Kern County Judge David Lampe.
"Miller is not the only wedding cake creator in Bakersfield," continues Judge Lampe.

WH no longer lying about Acosta’s behavior and now claiming he asked too many questions.

In other words, he did his job too well.

Ted Olson is representing CNN in its lawsuit against Trump and other top WH aides.

Olson served in the Bush WH and also helped overturn Prop 8 (the California law prohibiting same-sex marriage).

Deborah Ramirez's accusations against Kavanaugh appear to have been contemporaneously and independently confirmed by a classmate at Yale.

And no, it's not a case of mistake identity.
Ronan Farrow and Jane Meyer spoke to a lot of classmates of Kavanaugh & Deborah Ramirez, and even those who cannot personally corroborate Ramirez's accusations all seem to remember Kavanaugh as an unusually heavy drinker who became aggressive and belligerent when drunk.

#Breaking: A federal judge is allowing a lawsuit accusing President Trump of violating the Constitution's emoluments clause to continue, rejecting a Justice Department motion to dismiss the case.
It’s the first ruling in federal court to define “emolument,” which goes undefined in the Constitution’s two emoluments clauses.
Federal District Judge Peter Messitte rejected the “cramped interpretation” of the term offered by Justice Department lawyers, who argued the case should be dismissed.
