3) In this case, voters. Trump being the first to announce his reelection bid means that all over candidates will have to fight for the attention he will have already been receiving for months.
4) As another example of First Mover Advantage, the iPad. Apple created a new kind of product (or, at least convinced everyone it was a new kind of product) and came to market with it first, gaining a huge market share for quite awhile that competitors had to fight to take.

6) In second mover advantage, you let your opponent roll to market with their product first, analyze it, and formulate a strategy to beat it.
