3. CIA Director John Brennan used a dirty trickster named Stefan Halper to sully George Papadopolous with talk of Russian dirt on Hillary so he [papadopolous] could then be used to start an investigation into the Trump team. By starting an investigation they could get a warrant

8. Mysteriously, then Downer asks for a meeting and Papadop relays what Halper told him about Russian hacking and viola! Downer runs back and tells FBI Papadop knows about hacked Russian emails.
