Seems like @StateBarCA should confirm @MichaelAvenatti statements have they not had any contact with him, if so why not? Also hilarious that Avenatti claims news articles aren’t admissible evidence, not sure that’s true either.

#HotTip for all! Be your own fact checker, use link below, think of it as the google of gov docs. You type what you’re looking for into the search bar and dig in, it populates court docs, archives, data and all past press releases from the Hill.

#ProTip 🧠 If you know exactly what you’re looking for, out it in quotes. Some of the info is repetitive but if you’re crafty enough you’ll find gems. Once you’ve done a search use search bar at top of page to look for other info.
Long story that I was going to attempt to thread one day but since we’re here I’ll just explain it. A few years ago McCabe and FISA court sued search engines to NOT populate this data, it was under the guise of National Security of course but pretty sure it had darker intentions.

Yesterday, Michael Avenatti tweeted that Ted Cruz had attacked him, and urged his followers to "chip in to help Beto". THREAD 1 #MichaelAvenatti #FridayFeeling
The link went to an ActBlue form, which positioned donating to Beto as a way to get back at Cruz.

A note at the bottom of the page states that donations would be split evenly.

That's easy to miss, especially for ActBlue Express users who can donate with 1 click. 2
Users could select an amount with 1 tap and donate, missing the fact that by default, the form would split their donation between Avenatti's Fight PAC and Beto's campaign 50/50.

"Make this a monthly recurring donation" was checked by default with Nov. 6th 3 weeks away. 3
