Where 20 years ago, 70-90% of all initial public offerings were raising $50M or less, today only 30-40% of companies go public at that stage.
A major reason being, there is a lack of developed exchanges that are creating new listings of that size. This major change in our capital markets has left many companies without a transparent, safe marketplace to get liquidity and expand.

Chuavin’s knee remained on #georgefloyd ‘s neck 3 minutes after there was no pulse. This is murder. Protect and serve, where? 😡 #blm#whitesupremacy#neverforget#racist#derekchauvin#america
A medical expert in the physiology of breathing testified in the murder trial of Derek Chauvin that the way George Floyd was restrained — handcuffed behind his back, face-down on the ground, with a knee on his neck — prevented him from breathing properly.

No @senatortimscott your comments are diabolical, disgusting and disgraceful. You should know better as a Black man than to spew such trash. It’s not surprising. I am a constituent and I will be contacting your office. I’m a student of history and I’m hard pressed to find
Anywhere in American history where “woke supremacy” enslaved Africans in the Americas, committed Native American Genocide, Seceded from the Union to uphold white supremacy and slavery, committed domestic terrorism acts - lynchings, race massacres, church & house bombings, rapes

In March of 1857, the United States Supreme Court, led by Chief Justice Roger B. Taney, declared that all blacks -- slaves as well as free -- were not and could never become citizens of the United States. The court also declared the 1820 Missouri Compromise unconstitutional,
thus permiting slavery in all of the country's territories.
The case before the court was that of Dred Scott v. Sanford. Dred Scott, a slave who had lived in the free state of Illinois and the free territory of Wisconsin before moving back to the slave state of Missouri,

Congresswoman @ayannapressley does not mince words. She speaks truth to power. A white supremacist mob waving trump, maga, blue lives matter and confederate flags in the US Capitol were incited and encouraged by trump.
It was all based on a lie about a fraudulent election and a desire to invalidate millions of Black votes. There must be accountability for all who were responsible. The Impeachment will likely not result in a conviction.

Just look at the confederacy. trump and the Republican Party are a confederacy of: racists, whites supremacists, xenophobes, obstructionists, hypocrites, misogynists conspiracy theorists, greed, incompetence, lust for power and insurrectionists hell bent on
trying to overthrow an imperfect democracy.
Prosecute these confederates. #trumptreason#traitors#maga#thugs#idiots#criminals#republicans#antiamerican
When a mob of President Trump’s supporters stormed the Capitol building on Wednesday,
they forced an emergency recess in the Congressional proceedings to officially certify the results of the 2020 presidential election. The disruption came shortly after some Republican lawmakers made the first of a planned series of highly unusual objections,

Who knew that Capitol Police could exercise such great compassion, kindness and restraint in the midst of a rebellion and insurrection activated by #maga#domesticterrorists ? They literally tried to overthrow the government based on right wing Republican conspiracy theories
spewed by #trumptreason and #republican enablers Question, does the constitution still matter with the exception being when white people are upset at the election result because Black People & #BIPOC had the audacity to turn out and vote against white supremacy, racism, and

This still image is taken from a video outside the Capitol. This shows a Metro DC cop being dragged down the steps and even beaten with American flags.
This is America. While some are worried about “censorship” or book deals, the words of the POTUS and his enablers did this.

The #maga#trumptreason terrorists planned to overturn the electoral vote confirmation, plotted to kill Speaker Pelosi and Mike Pence , they stormed the Capitol and destroyed government property in a failed coup attempt, they killed a Capitol Police officer,
they brought confederate flags to the Capitol among many other abhorrent acts. This is pure domestic terrorism led and encouraged by #trump and people like @joshhawleymo & @sentedcruz & people like @repralphnorman in the House of Representatives.
In common parlance the term prima facie is used to describe the apparent
nature of something upon initial observation. In legal practice the term generally is used to describe two things: the presentation of sufficient evidence by a civil claimant to support the legal claim (a prima facie case), or a piece of evidence itself (prima facie evidence)

Congrats Senator - Elect from the State of Georgia, the first African American to do so, @RaphaelWarnock .
Senator-Elect Warnock was initiated into Alpha Phi Alpha Inc., the oldest historically Black fraternity in the country, in Harlem, New York in 1993.
“In a word, it means ‘service’ for me,” Warnock explained in a video on Twitter late last year. “It’s also a great fellowship. It’s a wonderful way of connecting to other men with similar values. And while I am a proud Alpha man…there’s a lot of love between all these

President-elect Joe Biden is expected to announce his COVID-19 task force on Monday, Axios reported.
The 12-member group will reportedly be co-led by former Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, former Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner David Kessler
When a country shows you who it is, believe it the first time. This race should not be this close. Biden will likely win a close race.

Thank you US Congresswoman @RepJayapal . Where were the Federal Agents in the state of Michigan when white people carrying confederate flags, swaztikahs, assault rifles and nooses stormed state capitals to protest wearing masks #covid19?
While calling for the Governor of Michigan to be lynched. Yet, #blacklivesmatter✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿 protestors and allies are met with federal force during peaceful protests. barr, who is allegedly the US Attorney General, offered nothing. He’s a partisan hack doing 46-1’s bidding. #vote

Remove the names of slave owners, traitors, separatists, & domestic terrorists from the military bases. #america#blm #veteran
The Senate overwhelmingly passed a massive defense bill Thursday afternoon that includes the removal of Confederate names amp.usatoday.com/amp/5495545002
from army bases and creates a possible showdown between Congress and President Donald Trump, who opposes renaming the bases.
The bill passed by a lopsided count of 86 to 14, well over the number required to override a presidential veto.
