Backdoor listing คือ reverse take over แปลว่าการที่บริษัทขนาดเล็ก ซื้อกิจการของบริษัทขนาดใหญ่ ฟังแล้วงงๆ จะซื้อไปทำไมวะ อธิบายดังนี้
สมมติเรามีบริษัทขนาดเล็ก A อยู่ในตลาดหุ้น และบริษัท B อยู่นอกตลาดหุ้น B อยากเข้าตลาดหุ้นแต่ไม่อยากผ่าน IPO อาจจะขี้เกียจทำเอกสารหรือลดค่าใช้จ่าย
สมมติเรามีบริษัทขนาดเล็ก A อยู่ในตลาดหุ้น และบริษัท B อยู่นอกตลาดหุ้น B อยากเข้าตลาดหุ้นแต่ไม่อยากผ่าน IPO อาจจะขี้เกียจทำเอกสารหรือลดค่าใช้จ่าย

在以太坊上，每提交一笔交易都需要所有节点检查、验证并执行交易来验证计算正确性，并将计算后的状态变化在网络中广播。
在以太坊上，每提交一笔交易都需要所有节点检查、验证并执行交易来验证计算正确性，并将计算后的状态变化在网络中广播。
而 StarkNet 仅在链下执行计算并生成一个 ZK 证明，然后在链上验证该证明的正确性，最后把多个 L2 交易打包为以太坊上的一笔交易。
因此，StarkNet 上发生的交易成本可以被同一打包批次的其他交易所均摊，就像拼车（🚌拼多多）一样，交易越多，成本越低。

A DEX aggregator is a protocol that allows traders to access multiple liquidity pools through a single interface. The goal is to provide more liquidity than a single DEX in order to obtain a better exchange rate.

To do this, the aggregator will scan the liquidity and exchange rate from multiple DEX to get the best possible price to execute an order.

Wisst ihr was mir immer wieder auffällt? Nicht nur, weil es mir selbst passiert. Ich #beobachte sehr #aufmerksam, ich lese mit, antworte ab & an. Aber was mir immer wieder auffällt & was ich bis heute nicht verstanden habe bzw. verstehe ist,
dass es #Betroffene aus vulnerablen Gruppen, insbesondere aber aus #Risikogruppen / #Schattenfamilien die einen dafür #angreifen, dass man sich für sie #stark machen möchte. Das man auf #Missstaende hinweist, dass man für sie #kämpft und #laut macht.
