Election Fraud
THREAD 1/: Lets begin with basics. Trump is winning in MI, WI, PA, GA, NC on election night, then all stop counting. Most of these states were the first to begin counting, yet took several days to count all the votes.
2/: Early Wednesday morning both WI and MI flip to Biden around 4/5am. Both states that stated they would pause counting for the night miraculously resumed counting when most of the country is sleeping to give Biden the lead.
3/: Now remember during the night before AZ was called very early and Trump was telling AZ to keep counting while tweeting at WI and Mi to "stop the count" once Biden took the lead, but it appears after he tweeted it encouraged them to keep counting.

It's interesting to see how close the vote margins in 2020 track the ones in 2016. Almost a perfect correlation. But the differences matter.

Comparing the 2020 margins to the 2012 elections, there is much more variation.

Not surprisingly the majority of counties won by Trump have a smaller number of total votes (~correlated with population size) whereas counties with the most votes went to Biden.

Donald Trump apparently continues to cling to the hope that false claims about alleged election fraud could help him to a second term.
The US news portal Axios claims to have learned details about the planned campaign from several Trump advisors. Accordingly, they want to use obituaries to prove that the votes of the deceased had been counted.
These allegedly massive voices from the dead are a central part of the Trump team's electoral fraud narrative, which was distributed today on Fox News, among others. There is no evidence.

Massive Voter fraud videos are all over social media.

Such a shame #USElections has come to such third-world tactics to win.

Think voter fraud doesn’t exist?

But don’t take my word for it, take former New York City Elections Commissioner Alan Schulkin’s word for it.

Big election fraud

And large scale rigging by tech giants

India is way ahead of the US, but we need to watch out for these tech giants voting interference.

A short thread on #USElections especially as many Indians have started praising the Indian election system after seeing delays in counting of votes in the US. #BidenHarris #TrumpvsBiden
So many Indian commentators are mocking over how the US electoral system is fumbling, and that despite being an advanced economy, how its voting/counting system is weak in front of the Indian counterpart. Some are saying US should learn from India. This is laughable. Why? (1/13)
The delay is due to mail-in ballots. US allows voters to vote “early” or by mail. In India, you cannot vote early, and it is very difficult to do postal ballot, as the system neither promotes it nor facilitates it. Try finding out how to register for postal ballot. (2/13)

#USPresidentialElections2020 | The past few years have seen a slowing down of the growth of foreign students' flow into the United States. Any continuation of the negative sentiment will hurt US varsities.
India and China put together contribute 52 per cent of foreign students in the US and the new administration will not like to lose this advantage.

Today #Ethiopia is entering civil war territory as federal troops deploy to take on #Tigray (TPLF) forces after what Addis said was an attack by the northern region against a federal military base. This is a disaster for the region, for Africa, for the world. Thread -->
Many Ethiopians on all sides hoped it would never get to this, although it has been like watching a train crash in slow motion for months. At each step of the way it has been possible for each side to de-escalate but everyone has chosen to press ahead with hardline positions.
Great hopes awaited Ethiopia when prime minister #AbiyAhmed took office in 2018. He took credit for continuing the policy of releasing political prisoners, and forging a peace deal with #Eritrea, winning the #NobelPeacePrize @NobelPrize as a result.

Whoever is declared #Election2020 winner, there are multiple fights still ahead. White supremacy, misogyny, capitalism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, ageism: won’t disappear, regardless of White House occupant for next 4yrs. This is how I will fight…
I began this long day & will end it with love and solidarity to all in the US and across the world who are impacted by #Election2020.

It is imperative that we pledge allegiance to fighting fascism wherever we are. That we declare our independence from patriarchy wherever we are.
