We often forget that being a web developer is not only about #html, #css or #javascript! #react or #angular! #python or #php!
Sure these helps you build wonderful looking websites but database and data structure is vital! Security is a must! Scalability is key!
Sure if you claim you are a #Frontend developer, you can easily say that you don’t have to worry about all the ‘backend’ stuff I just mentioned! And here is where I completely disagree! To be successful you have to understand the back end and how it works!
Understanding the database you are building a front page for helps you have a bigger picture of the wealth of data you have! How to present it and how to make it available!

Securing a database is the #dba job! Network system engineer secure the network where your site is!

The fundamental problem of #web #development:

Turning trees into tables and back

(Thread 1/6)
It may seem simple as you may have some data in tables (hello, MySQL) and you want them on a web page (hi, <table>). But you start joining data from other tables and you end up displaying a tree in a table. How? You never know how to do it until you try to use that. UX!

But if you have tree-data, tree-database (hello, Mongo), and tree components on website, you still need tables to present the data of similar structure. It's all 2D and are brains are trained to get information presented as combination of 2 axes. Hello, tables!

Dear #deverlopers or #codenewbies if you are confused about Promises and Observables then follow below thread.
#100DaysOfcode #301DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode #javascript #webdev #programming #coding #learntocode #Angular #rxjs #DevCommunity
▶️ Observables vs Promises
Both Promises and Observablesprovide uswithabstractions that help usdeal with the asynchronousnatureof our applications. However, thereareimportantdifferences between thetwo:
1️⃣ As seen in theexample above, Observables candefineboth the setup and teardown aspects of asynchronousbehavior.

2️⃣ Observables are cancellable.

@angular change detection is a transparent mechanism for synchronizing component data with the template view automatically (no application code needed).

There are two types of change detection.

Follow the 🧵 below 👇👇

#100DaysOfCode #301DaysOfCode #CodeNewbies #Angular
default change detection: Angular decides if the view needs to be updated by comparing all the template expression values before and after the occurrence of an event, for all components of the component tree.
OnPush change detection: this works by detecting if some new data has been explicitly pushed into the component, either via a component input or an Observable subscribed to using the async pipe.

Starting a new project using #Angular? Here is a list of all the stuff i use to launch my projects the fastest i can.

Have you heard about Monorepo? I created one with all my Angular (and Nest) projects using

I can share A LOT of code with it. Ex: Everytime i start a new project, i just need to import an Auth lib, that i created, and all Auth related stuff is set up.
Everyone in the Angular community knows about It's not the most beautiful component library out there, but it's good and easy to work with.

Framework Thread
A  Framework is a complete package with its own functionalities & libraries. A Framework has its own rules, you don’t have much flexibility and the project is dependent on the Framework you use. Angular is an example of a framework.

#100DaysOfCode #code #Angular
Angular has released in 2016 but before Angular, there was AngularJS. One of the most asked questions about Angular is that what is the difference between AngularJS and Angular?
AngularJS vs Angular

These  2 versions of Angular confuse many developers.
AngularJS and Angular are completely different frameworks. Angular versions (like 1, 1.2, 1.5,  etc) are called Angular JS and starting from version 2 and above is called Angular.

Angular JS → versions from 1.x
Angular → version 2 and above
