Let me count the ways in which this is nonsense.

1. By enacting an advisory referendum Parliament reserved to itself the choice of what to do with it.
2. Because the result was obtained through cheating and lies Parliament can sensibly conclude it doesn't represent the will of the people.
3. Even taking the result at face value someone has to choose what it means. That someone must be Parliament because the Government has no political authority to make that choice.
4. Even taking it at face value the result only represented the will of the then people then. It does not represent the will of the people now. And it does not represent the will of the now people.
5. From where stems Theresa May's authority to assert that the will of the people cannot be overturned? Our constitution says Parliament is always supreme.
6. The Supreme Court in Miller held that referendum had no legal effect.
7. Theresa May's language seeks to assert an all encompassing power, and to shed democratic and constitutional constraint. It's the language of demagoguery. Shame on her. /ENDS
