I ate sugars and treats in moderation
I went to the gym and did copious amounts of cardio (and one time I did get skinny and keep it off for a few years in the military)
But after I regained, I could not get it back off..
#intermittentfasting helped me start healing...
No longer have insulin resistance
No longer am I a slave to food. I eat when I want to and feel full when I do.
I do not count calories
I have lost 60lbs
I am currently at 15% body fat
I have 0 brain fog...
The doctor who told me to eat candy, prescribed me to a future of T2D and cardiovascular disease. If #diet and counting calories hasn't worked, it's time to change your nutrition all together.
