Breaking: Christopher Steele has won a case in D.C. against three #Russian oligarchs who sued him over his dossier. Judge Epstein dismissed their defamation suit and ruled the #Trump dossier is protected by first amendment and public interest. My story: theguardian.com/us-news/2018/a…
Lawyer for Russian oligarchs says they will appeal and disagree with Epstein "on a number of points". Steele's attorney Christy Hull Eikhoff tells me the ruling is "thorough, well-reasoned and firmly supported in the law"
Hull Eikhoff: "We will continue to defend against baseless attacks on Chris [#Steele] and Orbis and hope that the result of this case will be a lesson to those who seek to intimidate Chris and his company." Asked if that includes President #Trump, she replied: "We mean everybody"

The limits of British diplomacy were woefully exposed. Theresa May had asked #Trump to raise the novichok poisoning of the Skripals and the death of Dawn Sturgess. Trump didn't and appears to have forgotten about them. No mention today of (alleged) #Russian state murder ops

I’ve just reviewed what appears to be Jarrod Ramos’ Twitter account. From 2012-2016, the Annapolis shooting suspect tweeted constantly about his hatred of @capgaznews: “...the fake watchdogs remain my sworn blood enemies”
