3) I had always interpreted this Q message as digging into the 6 RR no votes, which were all potential Dem presidential candidates. Seemed an odd coincidence.

4) But I failed to understand that by getting 94 votes, Rosenstein has overwhelming bi-partisan support, while Sessions was confirmed on party lines.

5) So the person that would be attacked politically is in the shadows, Jeff Sessions. And the person who got 94 votes is, as @paulsperry_ writes, the "defacto Attorney General."
