Former State Dept Korea Specialist Joseph Yun believes the next KJU-Trump summit could be decided at the UN General Assembly next week. NK Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho may interact with Pompeo (or even Trump) there while Moon is coming to meet with both

Here's how things could unfold: Pompeo makes his 4th NK visit; Steve Biegun negotiates with NK reps in Vienna; another Trump-KJU summit takes place. It's really up to Moon and what kind of "additional message" he may be carrying from KJU to share with the US side.
But why would Biegun meet NK officials in Vienna? If that happens, that's because the Int'l Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) & Nuke-Test-Ban Treaty Org (CTBTO) are there. Plus NK has an embassy in Vienna, Austria has diplomatic relations with NK (embassy in Pyongyang) and is "neutral"
Vienna is also where the Iran deal (JCPOA) was finalized. By pointing to Vienna, Pompeo implies inspections have to be put on the agenda. But why when NK hasn't even coughed up its inventory? That's why people think Moon may be carrying additional message
