.@judicialnetwork is picking #SCOTUS for us, first #Gorsuch now #Kavanaugh. @ZeldaShagnasty shows here, the domain confirmkavanaugh(.)com was registered in 2/17. 3 similar sites (.net, .info and confirmkavanaughnow(.)com) in 7/18, all three on the same day. #osint #infosec
That date was 7/10/2018. Given that all domains were registered through GoDaddy’s anonymous registration service, WHOIS doesn’t tell us much. But the site is copywritten to @judicialnetwork, so we know they’re involved. Let’s take a look at the page source for the .com site:
Notice something? A template created for a Gorsuch themed site is being used for #Kavanaugh. Was there a confirmgorsuch(.)com too? Blank page currently, but sure enough one was setup 12/19/2016. And taken down 7/9/2018. Well, when did confirmkavanaugh(.)com go live?
Ahh, of course. 7/8/2018. Here’s the same data for confirmgorsuch(.), the 1 day IPs there are all post take down and common for parked domains. Also note confirmgorsuch used the same GoDaddy anonymizing service and as their hosting provider, as seen in the screenshots abv/below.
So confirmkavanaugh goes live 7/8, confirmgorsuch goes down 7/9, and the additional domains are purchased 7/10. All through the same registrar. Why did taking down the Gorsuch site need to occur in sync with the release of the #Kavanaugh one? Hostings not that expensive.
#Trump has been able to appoint two judges SO FAR to the Supreme Court. And groups like @judicialnetwork, far to the right of mainstream American beliefs, shouldn’t be involved in the process. Oh and here’s a fun bonus, they love ole late night tweetin’ @ChuckGrassley.
This confirmation can be delayed. The appointment can be withdrawn. What it cannot be is rushed through without proper vetting of an allegation of this nature by dark money groups such as @judicialnetwork. #StopKavanaugh
I plan of trying to find any other sites containing the line of code referencing the “Gorsuch theme” but that may be a factor in the Gorsuch sites takedown. They wouldn’t want someone finding out who their next nominee is. Thanks for reading.
Oh one more tidbit: @judicialnetwork, between July 2015-June 2016 received 96.6% of its total revenue in the form of one $17.9mil donation from an unnamed source. #StopKavanaugh
Here’s the next four to look for, from this article: businessinsider.com/trump-supreme-…
