Among rules being considered are regulations that would allow NPS to charge a fee for protests held in parks under its jurisdiction, including the National Mall and areas adjacent to the White House, as well as limiting pedestrian access near the latter.
Which seems to be absolutely necessary given Democrats support for and attempted justification of violence as a form of righteous “protest.”
